no heat in 2014 chevy Captiva
Blows cold air. I checked actuators,they are ok.also will not switch from different areas mainly stuck on floor but partly coming out of vents. Is there a computer module or something else that controls all these issues? HELP Please

My son's Captiva was stuck in cold only and actuators wouldn't move but checked ok when power applied.
Just removed XM/HVAC/DLC 15 amp fuse in the pass. side fuse box for 1 minute. Fixed it for now. Brought everything in the HVAC control back.
