Default 04 Cavalier readiness monitors.

Been having a problem for the longest time with my readiness monitors for an e check. No matter how much I drive, the heat oxygen, oxygen, and evap sensors are never ready. All I keep hearing is "You gotta drive it.". I've driven it for years now and they haven't set. No codes are being thrown, my check engine light isn't on, and I just put a brand new battery in it less than 3 months ago. I'm at a loss. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you.

codes won't be set as the monitor must complete a test and fail to set a code.
evap monitor won't run if the fuel level is not between 15 to 85% full
are the 02 heater fuses ok?

Thank you for responding! I put on a new gas cap and I gave a look see at the hoxy fuse, she was wasted. Changed it out and drove it around (highway and city) went to the echeck place, no dice. Still saying oxy, hoxy, and evap are not ready. The fuel is between the ranges. If you have any other suggestions I'd really appreciate it.

One of first things to do when you've got weird electrical problems is to clean the grounds. There are two on my 02 Cav: 1 that's easy to access near the batt, and another hard to access - requires removal of airbus, use 3/8 ratchet with long extension to reach crankcase bolt

Personally I don't care about codes, CEL or any other of that nonsense. The car is 20 years old, If it's running well and the oil/fluids are clean it's good to go.

I'll check those tomorrow when I can see what I'm doing. Thank you for your suggestion, everything helps honestly, like I said I'm at a loss. I wish I could just say screw it because the car runs absolutely fine the way it is, unfortunately, in my county you have to have an echeck to register your car.

I pmed you the set conditions required for the task manager to run the monitors. if these conditions are not met, the monitors will not run. some are temp dependant so will not run if ambient temp is to cold.

Thank you, unfortunately the website will not let me see private massages, something about my account is not sufficient enough to view the page. Could you email me the list? bcmayne51913@gmail.com. Thank you again.

Hi, It looks like you have all the information there you need. You may need to complete 5 drive cycles for the catalyst monitor to be show-ready. Anyways, I am an automotive student, Recently I checked this resource https://sks23cu.net/dwqa-question/dw...tial-equations about differential equations and other mathematical questions with answers that can help me to enhance my knowledge about various types of mathematical terms.
