My 98 cavalier started having electrical issues as of recent. The blinkers stopped working the other day and also the radio. The blinker fuse was blown, but the radio fuse was fine. I replaced the turn signal fuse and it popped right away. I found that my left front bumper light not working. Took it apart and found water inside the unit. Cleaned out and blinker on the bulb started working/blinking, but not the parking light portion of the bulb. It has continued to blow fuses. Not sure where to go from here other than trying a new bulb. Any help appreciated.

By the way flashers still working along with brake lights and the rest of the parking lights/headlights.
