Smile 2003 cavalier-leak

i have a 2003 cavalier 4 cylinder,i have a leak in the squirt hose for the wipers, their are two leaks actually, one up near the battery, and one under -near the battery shelf, i tried getting to the bottom leak first, pulled driver side front wheel, pulled plastic inside fender cover, but couldn't get to where the leak was to disconnect the 1/4 inch outside diameter hose,to replace this hose, now, the question i have is ,when i took the inside wheel well cover out, there was a couple of plastic fittings there, what are these for ,and do i have to remove these to get at this hose connection ? thanks

Welcome to the forum. I think you're making it hard on yourself. Have you tried driving it up a ramp and then crawling under?

There should be just a shield/panel or two in your way. Hmm, maybe I'm thinking of some other vehicle.
