2004 Cavalier cranks but no start
what scanner are you using? Cheap scanners will only point you in the general direction, wasting time and money breaking out the parts cannon hoping you get it. Just because you have fuel in the rail does not mean pressure is high enough to get fuel through injectors. Sounds like relay works, check connector at fuel pump common on 97-2003 the connector car side can get hot and melt plastic resulting in intermitant fuel supply or no supply, gonna say pump is toast. Have a friend crank while banging on tank bottom, pump motor MUST be energized to see if brushes make contact w armature. 26 years is a loooong time for a pump. Hope this helps
