Default 2005 Chevy Cavalier LS Sport or 2007 Chevy Cobalt LS?

I'm looking to buy a used car right now and I've found 2 cars I really like.

$6995 - 2005 Chevy Cavalier LS Sport (Coupe) - Automatic transmission with 72k miles
$7488 - 2007 Chevy Cobalt LS (Sedan) - Manual transmission with 32k miles

I like the Cavalier better for a couple of reasons. I like the look, I like the way it drives, and I'm fairly sure I can haggle to $6500 (maybe less!) for it because it has some cosmetic problems and it's been on the lot for 5 months. My only concern is the Nitro tires on it right now -- I'm not sure that anyone in my town services them!

However, the Cobalt looks to be in better condition overall and it has considerably less miles. From what I understand, a Cobalt is basically a Cavalier. I'm not familiar with manual so I would have to learn it from a friend, but that's really not a big problem. It also has all manual windows/locks. Everyone tells me power windows are bastardly anyway Although I've never personally had problems with power windows/locks.

If I could get the Cavalier for $6500 and the Cobalt for $7500, which would you choose and why?
