Need help with Coolant change on 2.2L

Hi guys, I have 2002 LS Cavalier 2.2L automatic. I've had the car since it was new and have done all the recommended maintaince so far. The 5yr/150,000 mile coolant flush is due in 2007 and I need some advice. What is the easiest way to do it?
