Theft Mode

I have a 2001 Chevy Cavalier and it has gone into Theft Mode, can you please tell me what I can do to get it started. Thank You

turn key to the IGN position(do not try to start) the theft light will flash for aprox 10 mins. once it stops flashing, turn key off, and then start vehicle
