I recently just purchased a Used 2012 Chevy Equinox LS AND for Some reason I am missing all the factory installed equipment ie onstar, Bluetooth, backup cam, sirus radio so on so forth, I would like to get them back, can anyone tell me how to go about doing this? I purchased it from a certified Chevy dealer and they stated it was either deleted off the essembly line, I have contacted OnStar, GM and the dealer numerous times and I just keep getting the run-a-round.
