Default Wet weather

Hi There; New to the forum. We have a 2025 Equinox LT AWD that has been nothing but trouble since we bought it Dec. 12, 2024.
The biggest problem we have is the fact that this car does not like to get wet. In the winter we get a "yellow" check engine light after the wash the car. Usually frozen radiator shutters. Warm the car up in the Dealership and the check engine light goes away. Last summer we where caught in a terrible rain storm on the highway. The "yellow" check engine light came on and car went into "limp mode". The engine light went away the next day and the car ran fine.

Has anyone else had this problem.

Keep bugging the dealer while under warranty. If they don't fix it you have something to fall back on when warranty expires and same problems get worse.

We just got the car back from the Dealership. It was the "frozen radiator shutter" issue.
They reprogrammed the ECU with "SPS 11YZ307125546". Apparently this will solve the problem. This fix was released in November by GM.
