Default Change side mirrors to power mirrors?

Hi,
I’m new here and I have a 2020 Express 2500 extended body cargo van that I have made into a basic camper van.
Can I change the manual side mirrors to power mirrors?
Is the wiring harness already in the door so I can just plug it in with the control ****?
Thanks for any help/advice you can give me.

If you already have power windows, the harness should be there. At least it was for my 2015. The only wire missing was the for the Turn Signal light at the kick panel junction plug.

Be careful with the switch panel. There are several different versions that look almost the same but will not interchange due to door panel changes over the years.

If I can add power mirrors to my 1988 G20 then you can add power mirrors to yours, even if you gotta wire them up yourself like I did!

Okay, I have successfully installed the new power side mirrors and connected both to the wiring harnesses that were already in the doors. I have the mirror control switch and plugged that into it’s harness.
My problem now is that there is no power to the switch or mirrors. I have checked the fuse (F9 in the fuse box under the driver seat) but still no power.
Any suggestions of what else to look for?
Thanks.

Hello,
Might you have the part number for the switch panel .....and switch?
I know the correct plate is probably specific to 2015 models....

This is the part I got for the switch.
GM Genuine Parts 20945027
i could get the driver side to operate the mirror by jumping power from the door lock switch but could not get power to the passenger mirror.

Did you ever figure this out?
I'm attempting to do on a 2020 van. I pulled some parts off my other van that has power mirrors and everything connected. But like you said when trying to move the mirror it did not work. No power.

CShane7,

I never got it to work.
I did contact an audio/electronics installation company and was quoted over $800 per mirror to install!
Needless to say I decided I was doing fine with the manual mirrors.😳
Installer did say he would have to run a power wire from the battery to get them to work, but I still couldn’t figure out how to do it.
let me know if you figure it out.
Good luck.

Just completed this upgrade. Harness was in the doors already but needed to run wires from drivers side kick panel to passanger kick panel. I bought a Delphi metri pak crimper, 180&280 terminals and used the body harness connectors for a more "factory" install.
