Almost looks like an O-ring might work? Maybe a square profile silicone one?

It might only come as part of the elbow?

is there a special way to seat this in? Mine is leaking where the gasket is. The part is discontinued as well. Or maybe I can build up the gasket(?)

You might be able to use RTV, an O-ring and RTV, or maybe find some thick gasket material and cut it? I'd likely try some RTV combined with the old gasket. If you Google that GM part number or check with your local dealership they might be able to help you locate one. Even if it is discontinued someone might still have one on the shelf.

Still can’t find part. Thinking of trying RTV but what if that is not the problem? Also how do I take the part off?

RTV doesn't hold too strong but you won't be able to take it off and on all the time with it RTV'ed in place. You might be able to spray some oil on the throttle body to act as a release agent.
