You'll have to find the assembly on a junkyard. I just did it over here in Germany. The assembly was broken like this. He was lucky to find a used one. We changed the bushings and the guide block (plastic slider) and the door acts like new! It was possible to get the right gap between the door and roof side rail. It should be about 0.25-inch or 4.5mm. To accomplish this adjustment loosen the upper rear hinge to door bolts and align the rear edge of the door up or down. Try after installing the new bushings and guide block. Maybe you'll not be able to restore 0.25-inch but you'll come close! I hope I can upload a video of this fix on youtube.

Better change the bushings before it happens! I still have some of them.
