lifter noise
My 92 g30 box truck has a switch installed by PO. I forgot to turn it in n truck overheated . Now when I accelerate hard or go uphill my liters rattle. Can I just take valve covers off n tighten them or do I have a bigger issue ? Please help this is my only work truck n u need to keep it running.
