You might also look into an OBD2 Bluetooth/WiFi adapter for your phone/ tablet and the Torque Pro app. Not too expensive and at least on my 2015 % ethanol is one of the reported gauges. It tells me a few things... E85 at least where I normally buy it isn't near 85%, more like 50%. It will also let you know how much is in your "normal" gas which could possibly be up to 15%.

 

YEah I am using PYobd. It is a free software along with a pretty good thirty dollar cable. here are the list of commands on there. I do see ethanol on there.
