Hi new member here ,long time lurker first time post. I bought a 2018 Express back in January and have been generally very pleased with it. Lately I've been investigating aftermarket wheels and found a set at Discount Tire for a decent price. But the offset on these wheels are -6mm and they are 8 inch rims. Seeing that the oem wheel offset is 25-28mm, am I correct in assuming that the outer edge of the new rim will be around 2 inches further out than stock? I also noticed in my searching that most of the wheels I found for the van had either 0mm or less offsets which surprised me. Is anyone here running wheels with negative offsets and if so ,any issues?

Hey Pat! And anyone else. I'm new to the Express (and having a van at all). I'm in the same boat as your question. Please help! What did you find out? Trying to get winter tires delivered, mounted etc
I went the opposite direction. I got some used Dodge ram 2500 wheels that have high offset. Even though they are wider most of that extra width is to the inside. That gets in the way of the brake line bracket and wheel speed sensor wires but that can be mitigated... with a hammer. The only thing they rub on is the sway bar and only when turning left. I'm not sure why left and not right. Maybe the sway bar isn't centered?
The stock center caps even fit although the chromed plastic is a slightly different color than the polished aluminum.
Almost forgot, I had to bend the parking brake cable brack a bit by hand to get the cable further away from the wheel. Before I did that the wheel weights rubbed on it a bit.
