Default under seat fuse block

does anyone know what female terminals are used for the mini fuses,i am looking to wire in my trailer wires and want to have the terminals before i take it all apart.i know you can buy a harness that goes inline to the rear light harness but it only accomodates a 4 pin connector.i am looking to wire it in like the factory did...my truck is an 08 chevy express base model.

Been down this road too and its a bit more involved than that. Not only are the fuse terminals missing from the printed circuit board, but the male and female plugs behind the fuse box are missing the terminals you need. Photos show the back side (male terminals) of the fuse panel and the body side(female terminals).
Unless you're very good at soldering printed circuit boards, it's easier to buy the 'Trailer Towing' fuse panel which will have all the plug and fuse terminals but then you will still need to add the terminals for the body side of the plug and run the wiring.

I didn't like doing all that work so I ordered the adapter harness that plugs into the rear tail lights. I didn't care for it since the wiring was to small in my opinion to operate all the running and signal lights for my trailer so I added relays that are controlled by the adapter harness. They then supply battery power from the under hood fusebox battery connection through the relay to an enclosed seven terminal power strip box mounted behind the rear bumper. From the terminal box I fed the wiring to the seven pin trailer plug. This also gives me a 12 volt battery supply at the rear of the van for other purposes.
Battery and trailer brake wiring is 10 gauge. The lighting and signals are 12 gauge.

Factory setup is similar as it uses relays for the same purpose.

The factory micro relays are soldered to the under hood fuse panel circuit board for the signals and brake lights. Running light relay is plugged into the underseat fuse panel.

Trying to duplicate the factory harness will be very time consuming and will involve both fuse panels and the body module.
GM had different versions of each fuse panel depending upon options and year of manufacture. As I learned the hard way ($$$), what may seem to be an identical part usually isn't. Wiring terminals and plugs change over the years.

You have two options here.

1.) Buy another fuseblock, desolder the pins you need and add them to the circuit board for the options you want. I have done this successfully.
2.) Look up the part numbers, and order them from mouser.com. I have done this successfully.

However, at this point - with the amount of modifications I was planning and my dislike for that fuseblock location, I just decided to build my own fuseblocks using fuse strips.

my homework has led me to part number 25888305.it is a fuseblock that is wired for every option.the underhood fuse block appears to be wired for everything because gm only offers one for a gas truck and one for a diesel truck.the terminal ends shouldnt be hard after i depin one and find it on the mouser site.my other option is to change the chassis harness which is still available from gm.ill post when im done
