I have a 97 suburban that had the same problems that I have seen on here. No tach and speedo and stuck in 3rd gear. I replaced the ignition switch and trans is shifting rite and speedo and tach is working. I did clear all codes. The problem now and before the switch went out is the indicator light is not moving correctly. When shifting to low 1 the starter actually turns over !
Any ideas ???
