2000 Suburban LT 4X4 heater controls are not working. Hot to cold or floor to deforst, AC button is stuck on and the circulation will not change. The rear defrost button will not turn on.

The blower moter still works even though it will only start at level 3 and up, but that has been this way for a bit longer. Rear heater controls work just fine.

I belive the battery is dying, could that have something to do with it? I did kill the battery listening to music not long ago. I charged the battery for several hours after which seemed to fix it but the other day it was dead again just from leaving the doors open. Jump started the truck and it's been good for three days now...

I don't see how the battery could be the problem but thought I would mention it...
