My tahoes rear window hatch will not open anymore and cannot gain access to gargo area from outside. I can here the actuator working when i press the front button or use the key fob but it will not release. Tried using the key from the outside and still wont open. Other forums said to remove the trim panel through the inside but i cant take it off due to the screws on top of the panel tha sit between the tailgate and the window. Has anyone gotten around this to release the window manually? ive tried everything and am at the point of just cutting the panel to gain access to the latch but i would liek to avoid this.
