Cam
Well it is pretty safe to say it is not timing (valve or ignition) and it is not too lean. Also probably not internal engine issue (cam), the gauge would bounce. How about the injector cleaner? every tank? A guy I work with father out injector cleaner in every time he got gas. They ended up having to remove the tank to drain it. It wreaked havoc on the whole fuel system. Let me know about the cleaner then I have another test for you to do.
I have the stock exhaust manifold on my truck and I am going to be deleting the y pipe on my truck. My question is can where can I get a collector that will work with my stock doghnut gasket? I want to run one seperate pipe from each manifold. And also what size collector do I need? I have 2.5 inch pipe on it so do i get 2.5 to 2.5 collector? Thanks guys.

Tie your vac gauge in between your EGR valve and the vac switch. Drive it truck around and let me know if any vac is being applied to the EGR valve while the problem is happening.
I have not given up Mdtahoe and I appreciate your strive to help me! I am replacing my clutch this weekend and hopefully I can get the Vacuum check in and report back to you monday! Once again thank's!
