Day Van won't start

Day Van won't start
I have a 1990 Chevy G20 Day Van 5.7 that will not start. There is fuel but no spark. I can see power to the coil but no HT. I have tried a new coil and a different HT lead to the distributor but still no spark. There is no fault code reported - does this mean the ECU is at fault?
