Default Eletrical problems

What would cause my oil pressure fuel and volts to go way down when I hit the brakes and also my temp gage goes up all while hitting the brake

Possibly a weak alternator.

It is supposed to be a new alt it looks brand new could it possibly be a bad turn signal switch?

I think it would me in the battery cables or wires going to the alternator. Bad connections, corroded connections or loose ones would cause problems like you describe.
