Front wheel making wah wah noise

Default Front wheel making wah wah noise
I have a 2012 Malibu 4 cylinder that recent had both wheel bearings replaced. Right after the second replacement car sounded fine. Soon while driving it sounded like a spring popped within the wheel well and now the car makes a wahwah noise while driving.

Any guesses?
