DNK how much room or how deep the bearing is, but a cheap tool I've used in the past with success is a mini screwdriver. The size that sometimes has a penclip attached to the handle.

What you do is grind the edge almost flat. Then heat up the point, and turn it about 60 degrees, maybe a little more, depending how it fits in the pilot hole. Try to wedge it between the housing and the bearing. Usually if the bearing pops out a few thousands of an inch it goes the rest of the way easier.

WD40, blaster,or diesel oil,(when they put it in little cans they call D.O. "liquid wrench") helps.

A little late for my input, but....... for future reference, I use a grease gun to fill the hole behind the bearing and a ratchet extension. just like hydraulics. Fill the hole with grease and pound the extension into the hole, topping off with grease as needed.
