Knock sensor... HELP!!!!!!!
hey man assuming you have a 6.0 engine. your knock sensors should be under your intake. replace your knock sensor wiring harness as well. just as common to go out as the sensors. get a set of intake gaskets and some coolant to go along with it. removing your intake is pretty strait forward. remove cooling hoses from throttle body disconnect throttle cables, fuel lines and other small connectors. take the bolts loose holding it on and pull it out. the sonsors will be directly in the middle of the engine. the sensors will be covered by some plugs. pull the plugs out, disconnect the connectors. remove sensors and reverse the process. but dont skimp on the wiring harness for the sensors. pm me if you have any more questions. you can call me too 214-472-6803
