Lightbulb Manifold identification question

Hi all,

My exhaust manifold has a big ol' hole in it so I'm going to replace it. Just bought this car (Jaguar XJ12 but with a 350motor). The previous owner wasn't sure what the motor was from, but he believed it to be a late 70s 350 (he went off a 78 Nova).

Ordered a manifold for that year, turns out it doesn't fit. Partly my ignorance for not checking, but now I'm not sure which one to buy.

The intake manifold number is 3747038, which is off various late 60s cars, right?

What worries me is that I thought it was a 350, but these manifolds aren't from a 350 (AFAIK).. Do they just happen to fit my motor, and if so, off what cars can I order a manifold from?

Thanks in advance.

what i can see from your pics those are the chevy's ram horn design. from your pics those are exhaust manifolds not a intake manifold. that paticular part number this is what i found:
<TABLE cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 align=center><TBODY><TR height=17><TD height=17>3747038 </TD><TD>
58-65

</TD><TD>283 & 327

</TD><TD>RH

</TD><TD>Corvette and Passenger 220, 250 & 300 HP 1.9" Outlet

</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
as you can see its a mandifold for the right side off a 283 and 327 58-65 wich will also fit on a 350's ( all the same blocks just diffrent bores and strokes) and it also came off a corvette and other passenger cars. you should have no problem finding one from a parts store or a online store. part numbers maybe diffrent tho. the do make aftermarket ram horn style manifolds that should also work. found this info at

Ah, excellent. I saw that site too but was a little confused as to the application. Thanks very much, i'll probably just go to the junkyard tomorrow and try to find one.
