OBD2 Test Port Not Working
I have a 99 cavalier that I built for car shows. My check engine light is on and I can’t get my scanner to come on. I have checked all the fuses and they are all good. I’ve searched around the net some says check the pcm fuses. They are good. Other sites says check the lighter fuse. Not only are they good my lighter works
