Default Rough running when hot 1993 C1500 350 auto

What started as a simple install of new injectors in the TBI has turned in to a saga. I'm in Australia & info is very scarce here as well as everything has to come from the USA. As a result of the new injectors not making any difference I have replaced the Map sensor, TPS, Idle air control, coolant temp. sensor, oxygen sensor, electronic spark controller, fuel pressure regulator &coil. I don't know what else there is to change.
The vehicle starts perfectly, idles perfectly & drives perfectly UNTIL it warms up. Then it is basically undriveable. It is a high mileage vehicle having done close to 200,000 miles on the original engine. Doesn't burn oil & up until this saga ran well. Only changed the injectors for a rough idle starting.
Has anyone got any suggestions. It's driving me nuts.

Suggest you look at your egr valve for carbon buildup.

It is disconnected as we don't have vehicle inspections here. Lucky us but thanks for the reply. I'm at my wits end with it. Love the vehicle but very frustrated.

Before you get too frustrated, check and clean all grounds
around the engine. Then start and idle it listening for vaccum hisses or whistleing sounds. You can also run it in a dark location and look for sparks around the distributor or wireing. Usuually a cracked coil opens when its hot.
ps. If it was ok before you changed the injectors then you
might want to reckeck the injector seals and test them
in case one is not working properly.

Haven't checked the grounds but will. It was very hard to start when hot previously but starts well now. I've had the old injectors sonic cleaned & flowed & they are as good as the new ones. It currently has one old & one new in it. All of the injectors have new seals & filter baskets. I have thought about putting a new type TBI on it with the new one just running the fuel side & the original ECM/ECU left to run the rest but not sure if that would work. I Live in western Australia so these vehicles aren't all that common here so few parts available. I've purchased everything from LCM in USA so far. Thanks for the prompt replies.

Just remember that bad connections cause multiple issues.
resistance values change drasticaly when heated. You might want to disconnect the battery and then carefully remove and replace the ecm plugins. Leaning on them sometimes causes a slight unseating that won't show up until the vehichle gets hot or your battery voltage low.
