Default Suburban wont pass smog ?!?!

NEED HELP !!
My 94 suburban wont pass smog ! It's running rich and don't know why. It's throwing a code 43.
I've replaced the following;
Coolant sensor
MAP Sensor
Air Pressure Sensor
IAC Sensor and pig tail
Set the timing to 0
Replaced the exhaust from the cat back
Changed the plugs, wires,distributor cap and rotor.

I'm spending a fortune and I cant figure out whats wrong.

code 43 is the esc (electronic spark control) retard has been on too long or system has failed. I'd suggest another "expendeture" that is replace the esc (distributor) It's not that it is running rich, it is that it that ignition isn't right. I'd also set the timming back to at least 4 deg idle without vac advance.
Or you can move.....

Does this thing have a pickup coil? In other words a cam on on the shaft with a coil around it? I am familiar with previous models, and older models, so asking

Not sure. I found out that the ESC is integrated into the Ignition module and I replaced that as well as the Knock sensor. This may lead me to believe that since the ESC isn't reading the knock sensor that it may be that the wires are bad somewhere?

Does it have a distrbuter, you say you replaced the cap, I am thinking the esc is your issue, thats the electronic spark control, thats the thing that has the cap/plug wires on top of it. AGAIN i am not familiar with your model vehicle just trying to point you to what I suspect.
