Possibly a blown head gasket? A compression test might be in
order. Both the gasket or a cracked head will wait till the engine
heats up to start bogging down.
We're assuming, of course, that you don't have a simple vacuum
leak in the intake manifold.

update:
Thanks for all replies, I finally got it fixed about 2 weeks ago.
It turned out to be a simple temp. censer ($15 part).
Also, the squealing that I thought was the powersteering pump baring turned out to be comeing from my alternator.
You live and learn I guess lol.
