Default Befuddled!!

I have a 2004 Impala non-supercharged 3.8 that just hit 120K. My wife came home from work and parked it in the garage and the next morning it wouldn't start. It turns over but won't start, even with spraying starting fluid into the intake. I've already replaced the plugs, wires, coil packs, injectors, and crank position sensor to no avail! There is pressure on the fuel rail and the lights, radio, turn signals, horn, door locks and windows all work perfectly...but for reason I'm getting no ignition! Anyone else had this problem? What else is there to change? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Welcome from Florida. Is the check engine light on? If you have access to a scanner, have the codes read and this will lead you in the right direction.

Yes, oldchevy, the check engine light is on, but the only code that shows up is a misfire on cylinder 6. And btw, I have also changed the O2 sensors as well!
