My 2007 impala came with a blue vin sticker in the engine bay by the firewall.

It looks like it was added on, not the factory type vin tags that are on body parts.

Anyone know what this means? Thanks in advance.

I was told it might have been a prior police unmarked vehicle but can't verify.

 

You should try asking on other impala forums with your specific generation.
