Finally! a recall on the traction control, stabilitrack, throttle shut down problem!!
2013 Impala Service Traction light came on twice days apart but the second time it came on and now the car won't start several mechanics looked at it and can't figure out what's keeping the car from starting. No codes are showing I there a recall on this or a solution I can share with a mechanic.
Recalls are tracked by the government. Check their database to see if you're covered.

I have a 08 and having these same issues the accelorator tps has been changed that code no longer comes up the one on throttle body does. This car shut down completely going 45-50 on a curvy highway. How can this be safe? How can it be fixed?
How do i get recall assistance for my 2008 chevy inpala? Im experiencing the same issue
I spoke to a GM representative and she told me there was a recall for the throttle in 2015 and it expired 2018. She claimed notices were mailed to the addresses registered with the DMV. I never received a notice. And GM is not able to assist. I had to pay out of pocket.
