front end creaking.

front end creaking.
I bought a used(rental) 2009 Impala with 10,000 miles on the clock and am experiencing a creaking coming from the right front when I turn left and the street or driveway has a dip in it. When the car drives into this dip the suspension will creak. Even though the car has big wheels and tires they don't seem to be rubbing.
I took the service manager for a ride to show him the problem and the service bay has checked everything in the front area and says they can find nothing.....see ya later it's your problem type of thing.
Now the same problem has started on the left front when turning right.
Anybody had this happen to you......any ideas
