My 2004 Chevy Impala LS has a power window issue for the driver door. The window has fully retracted but won’t go back up. I opened the door panel and I’m trying to figure out how to bypass the switch and get the window to go back up. I disconnected the switch from the reddish brown power box, and left the blue power source plugged in.
i have two copper wires ready, just need to know how to get the window back up by bypassing the switch.

if the window tries to move and binds...the regulator f'ed and jumping power won't fix it.
find the 2 wire connector to the window motor. supply power and grd to the wire. reversing the power and grd will make the window move the other way.
