Question suggestions for tint

I pick up my new 2011 chevy impala tomorrow. Its black with black interior. I am new to tinting but have researched alot. Any ideas and/or pics to what percent i should get..35 is the limit legally but i feel thats too light...i'm wanting to know what percent i can go without being hasseled by cops. its being tinted next week so i have to figure this out. I like that tint that i can see a silouette of the people in the car still...i feel thats dark but not too dark. ideas?

here in NC, 35% is the legal limit. i want to go darker, but i don't like getting harassed by cops, and i hate getting tickets even worse.

if you FEEL like it's worth it to go darker, then knock yourself out bro, but 35% is pretty dark. at night, nobody can see in your car, and in the daytime they can't see in that well. i have dark interior as well and that helps.

my car came with factory tints, but if i was going to have it done aftermarket, i would've gone with a ceramic tint (huper optik/pinnacle one). i have a radar detector, and some of the none-ceramic tints can screw with it

good luck bro
