Default Trouble shooting heater door actuators

I put three new heater blend actuators in and nothing has come on . Can somebody help tell me why they’re not working or what I need to do.

so you mean the actuators don't move when you rotate the ****?

Put a meter on the connector and see if you get a signal there

Default How many are there

Yes they all rotated when installed, still no sound. Don’t have a tester. Is there anything thing I can do ?

Default Actuator

2012 Impala I plugged them in before I put them in. Was that wrong and should I unplug and plug back up? Do you think that would help?
