Default update on the bad bearing replacement

well the consensus was that I was sent the wrong part, since it had no electrical connector, but, I figured, "well I can remove the old bearing and clean it up and everything, maybe that will be hold it for a while."

so I can't get the rotor off. I had a mechanic neighbor helping me after I reached the impasse, and we find a broken little bolt in a previously-thought unused t-30 cavity. He drilled it out, big bore, massive hole, no trace of anything.

still won't budge. He is confused. What gives?

Might use a Victor Wrench to heat it up some.

Post a picture of it. Replace it, you can't service it.

spray some penetrating fluid in the back of the rotor in the space created with the caliper removed...spray and rotate the hub to cover the hub and rotor. Then hammer it off with a soft face dead blow hammer or steel hammer onto a block of wood placed on the rotor face.

If you live in a state with safety inspections this truck will not pass even with a patched crossmember.
