I have 18,000 miles on this 2008 Malibu and have had three new power lock "actuators" replaced as the power locks would not work. The first one was covered under warranty, the second one cost me $217.50 and the one I just had replaced was $322.33. I complained on the last one and the service manager gave me 10% discount.
I have owned GM cars since 1972 and never once have I had a failure to the Power Locks. Chevrolet has a problem with this Malibu--I think they should have a recall and pay for failing power locks--I have one more to go.<label for="rb_iconid_8">

Anybody have the same problem or can advice as to what I should I go now.
Thanks for listening, Uncle Dewey
