Default Oil Life Monitor won't reset

The oil life monitor won't reset back to 100%. I've gone through the reset process, and the cluster says it's reset, but it's still at 0%.

I've gone through this cycle who knows how many times, but it remains 0%.
Any tips or tricks?

I have no idea but the first thing I'd do is disconnect the battery. Might reset it. I keep a record of things like this so can live without it.
