Default 4T65E transmission four speed auto non HD for now, 2005 Chevy Monte Carlo need specs

Does anyone know the torque specifications for the valve body side 4T65E, need all them leading back the the driven sprocket? Plan to replace all solenoids. Check any problems lying back and then open the differential side and extension housing and make sure everything is within rated areas that GM states and nothing is burnt up. Also plan to upgrade this to an HD model as if it is down then I minus well fix and take the time to make it nice and right. Does anyone also know any good sites other than Ebay, Amazon, Tripleedgeperformance or that, that can offer good prices on transmission (trans-axle) parts? Any advice is appreciated greatly.

These are the ones they gave me at TripleEdgePerformance.com just wondering if anyone knows if these are accurate or not?

Below are the Torque Specs for the 4T65E

Default Trasher or transgo shift kits for the 4T65E transmission are they worth it?

Has anyone owned or got one of these and how many miles and did they help fix the problems they promised? If so could you please post back to me mileage when you got it and how many mileage now and if it was worth it. For the small amount of money they ask for it I may consider buying it as I can put it in all my accumulators 1-2 2-3 3-4 and put in the extra goodies they have as well. I am just wondering if it is a good product to get or if it is a fail that you see down the years. Any reply or input is greatly appreciated.
