Default Fan speed issues.

Hi everyone, I have an ‘02 Monte Carlo SS. And I’ve been having issues with my fan speed. My heat and air only work on full blast. Yesterday I replaced my blower motor brand new and in the past I’ve replaced my HVAC unit, though it did come from a junk yard.. so not sure if I should try replacing the unit again or maybe it could be fuses/relays? Any help or advice would be great, as I’m out of ideas..

Did you replace the blower motor resistor? These are usually the cause of fan speed problems.
