Thumbs up Corvettejoe From Parker, Colorado (A New Guy)

I've been a GM guy, from the time I started driving. Now I build Reto-rod and restore. I have a 1955 Chevy Puck-up, A 1959 GMC Pick-up,A 1977 Corvette, A 1961 Corvette, A 2006 Hummer and 2007 Avanche.
My name is Joe and I live in Parker,Colorado. I am thinking about buying a 1966 Nova, numbers matching and wanted to know how I can check the engine numbers to see if they went to the cars Vin#? I build a lot of engine's for hot rodders and fix and change engine'sn computer cars. If anyone needs help. I also belong to the Chiltions data base, so I can look up just about anything. Have a great day!

Default 2004 Silverado HD Instrument Cluster

Hi my name is Tom. I have a 2004 Silverado HD and the instrument cluster has a delayed powerup time when you start the truck. Anywhere from 5 seconds to 2 minutes. When it powers up everthing works fine. Can anyone tell me where to start looking to get it fixed? Thanks in advance.

Hello, My name is Travis,
I own a 1997 Chevrolet Red Crew Cab Dually, with a 454. My favorite Chevy. Great truck, also had a 1984 Maroon Chevy Crew Cab Dually. I found this websight, and am hoping to get to talk about Chevys and get some information regarding Gear Ratios.
