'03 S-10 fuel pump power fuse blows
The ECMB fuse that supplies 12v to the fuel pump relay blows immediately when you try to put in a new fuse. One side of fuse has 12v hot all the time as it should. The other side has continuity to ground. Tried another relay. I even tried running the 12v using a jumper wire from the fuse to relay. This gave me the 12v to the relay, but it still would not start. Wiring diagram from my Haynes manual shows a fuel pump oil pressure switch as part of the same circuit.. I have no idea what or where this thing is. Diagram says its "typical" and was specific for 1994 and earlier. I dont have anything specific for 2003.
Any specific wiring diagrams for 2003 out there? Next thing I can think to do is pull the fuse block and check for any bad wire insulation. Possibly chewed on by a mouse or something. Thanks. Eric.

Tried that. Still blows. I'm certain the short is between ECMB fuse and the fuel pump relay. With diagrams that I have, this fuse also powers the Powertrain Control Module. Tried one of those, no help. Car is at a shop now and they cant figure it out either.
