Default 2001 Blazer will not start

2001 Blazer 2wd. Since August 2011 have replaced idle air control, fuel filter, spark plugs and wires, rotor cap and button, ignition coil, ignition control module, cam position sensor. The last thing changed was ICM and it ran great for about 1 1/2 months. Last night, there was hesitation when accelerating when I first drove it. Drove it for 10 miles to the store and it did fine. Drove it home and no problems on acceleration. Got in this morning and it turns over but won't start. Every now and then it seems like it is going to start then is kind of sputters and dies. I don't know what else to change! Please help!

Just to note, the fuel pump is coming on when I turn the key. Going to check the fuel pressure and go from there.

Ok, with switch turned on fuel pressure at 60 psi. As soon as you hear fuel pump turn off, pressure drops to 55 psi. Fuel pressure regulator?

It is not a fuel pressure problem it should run at 55-60 if it was a fuel problem. You need to see if you have a nice blue spark (not yellow).

Got in it last night and decided to try it. I turned the key over and it started right up. I let it run and drove it, and there was still some hesitation during acceleration. Other than that, it ran fine. I decided to see if would start if I primed the pump first. IT WOULD NOT! I decided to just turn the key all the way without priming, it started right up. Thinking the fuel pressure regulator is leaking and flooding the engine if I let it prime before starting (or the fuel injectors). Any thoughts?

not the fuel pressure regulator, that isnt what it does. But a leaky injector may cause a hard start in specific cylinders where the injectors leak. The extra fuel ruins the A/F ratio and that could account for the hard start and stutter on acceleration. Too much fuel in that cylinder would resemble a misfire or stumble. This is one of those poppet style injectors. I have No idea of how to test those for leaks.
