Default 2002 Chevrolet S10 V8

Hi!

I´m going to look at a 2002 chevy S10 V8 in a couple of days for a possible buy. I´m new to chevy´s. I need a pickup and i like the S10. I haven´t spoken with the owner of it yet. If it´s a V8 what kind of engine is that...(i mean the size of the engine)? What engine sizes was available for the 2002 S10 (as i get it...it was called Sonoma in US)?

They do not make a V8 s-10. They make a 4.3 liter V6 or a 2.2 4 cylinder
