That would be my guess. Swap the relay with the horn, or a/c relay (if you have a/c).

If you don't have a volt meter, get a 12 volt test light. With ignition on, check the wires to it, I assume you checked the fuse.

yes after I replaced the fuel pump and wouldn't start the first thing I did was check/replace the fuse , ( I also didn't put my truck bed back on yet if that has any effect on why it doesn't work :P ) so next step will be to get a volt test light , test the wire on the fuel pump or the fuel pump relay ? or both ? and thank you kevinkpk for your help

Pump, if it has power that will save you a step. If no power at the pump, back track it to the relay, and fuse.

Started my truck after work yesterday ! I connected a grounding wire from where u pour gas into the tank ,to the frame of the truck , I honestly didn't know that would make a difference , I connected the grounding wire from the one the comes out of the fuel pump to the frame but didn't think to connect the wire that was connected to the top of where u pour gas , next to the gas cap

then found out my alternator seized up , wouldn't turn , was wondering why the belt was screeching like crazy and started smelling burnt rubber when the truck was running lol found out it was the alternator my truck was sitting there all year outdoors , a friend of mine said its most likely rust due to the age of my truck , don't know what kind of work the previous owner did or how old the alternator is , but that's next on the list , change the alternator :P took it off the truck already , just need to get a new one and slap it on , then my truck should be good to go
