1998 s-10 blazer 4.3L vin code w, 4x4 automatic; when it sits, not running in the rain it will not start, when it dry's out, starts just fine. It has 58-59 psi fuel pressure, decent spark at the coil and plugs. Can't find any signs of water intrusion anywhere. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! When it does not start it has fuel, air, and spark.

 

my dads truck did the same thing, next time it wont start try taking a heat gun and heating the sh*t out of the distributor cap and be carful not to melt the top or burn any wires! and heat it for 10-15 mins, if that fixes the problem then it's your distributor cap!
