Default Sway Bar bushing issues

I have a 2002 2 wd 5 speed blazer that keeps ripping the sway bar bushing clamps off. It doesn't seem to matter which side, and this year I've driven about 20,000 miles so far and have had to replace 8 of them. Its tearing the bolt out of the frame. I just drilled and tapped out bigger holes a few weeks ago and just saw one is hanging. Everything else is tight, no play in anything. Is there something else screwed up that is causing these to keep pulling out? I drive mostly highway and it hasn't been off road for as long as I've owned it (2009 and 65k). Any ideas how to solve this? Ive spent days on google with no luck.

Thanks for any help
Tommy
